A multi-level, beginner friendly yoga practice that connects yoga poses with breath helping to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Each class centers around a positive yoga theme that is woven throughout the poses and practices. Torre has been sharing her love of yoga and her knowledge of the medical benefits of yoga with her students for over 25 years.
